Acetate-free Biofiltration (AFB™) is the dialytic method that over the years has enabled an improved quality of life for thousands of patients. This method, which has contributed to further progress is based on the total elimination of acetate from the dialysis bath, together with the total separation of the bicarbonate input and output mechanisms.
